I utilized a camera to perform an inspection of the ductwork beneath the slab floor at a residence in Arlington Heights, IL. The concrete ducts featured metal fittings in a severely corroded state. To address this issue, we propose opening the floor in multiple locations to access the ducts, applying spin cast mortar, and then spray-lining with Duct Armor material. Everything looks good now.
Conducted detailed sewer camera inspection for Arlington Heights, IL resident. Identified obstructions, root encroachment, and deteriorated pipes. Problem all solved and sewer in good condition.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts appear to be cardboard ducts with metal fittings. Metal fittings are showing signs of rust and cardboard has beginning signs of delaminating. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray. Lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement approximately 126ft to city main sewer. Cast is heavily scaled with some grease build up. Suggest lining cast from open hole in garage.
Televised sewer from outside clean out towards city street and back into house. Sewer is cast iron and very rusted and scaled up. Suggest descaling pipe to avoid future backups. Epoxy coating or lining may be necessary after pipe is clean.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the underground asbestos transite air ducts.
We are cleaning all the underground duct work in a slab section of the home, and applying our duct lining material to all the underground duct work. Leaving a nice clean pipe/ duct which means a cleaner air quality in the home!
