4/14/25 Applied second application of duct armor to all underground ductwork.
Televised ducts under slab floor in both family room and the studio. Studio is an addition and the ducts are spiral wound galvanized ducts. There is one section that is collapsed down and camera was unable to get passed. Ducts in the family room are concrete transite ducts. Will provide a proposal for spray lining to encapsulate the transite ducts.
4-1-2025: Cleaned all underground duct work, rebuilt all registers filled/ cemented large gaps, installed 8”x18” spot repair liner over failed metal coupling, encapsulated all the underground duct work with duct armor.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. One of the fittings is collapsing allowing stone to enter the ducts. Suggest installing a spot repair in that area then spray lining ducts with duct armor.
Televised sewer from inside clean out in crawl space. Sewer is cast iron then turns to PVC. Condition of sewer is in good condition.

I utilized a camera to perform an inspection of the ductwork beneath the slab floor at a residence in Arlington Heights, IL. The concrete ducts featured metal fittings in a severely corroded state. To address this issue, we propose opening the floor in multiple locations to access the ducts, applying spin cast mortar, and then spray-lining with Duct Armor material. Everything looks good now.
Conducted detailed sewer camera inspection for Arlington Heights, IL resident. Identified obstructions, root encroachment, and deteriorated pipes. Problem all solved and sewer in good condition.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts appear to be cardboard ducts with metal fittings. Metal fittings are showing signs of rust and cardboard has beginning signs of delaminating. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray. Lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Sewer video inspection service call. Televised the main sewer line as customer suspected a leak. No leak was found but did advise lines were in slightly rough shape and repair should be a priority.

Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement approximately 126ft to city main sewer. Cast is heavily scaled with some grease build up. Suggest lining cast from open hole in garage.
